TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT EFFECTS ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND PERFORMANCE INNOVATIONS IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: TRENDS
Abstract
A number of key performance indicators from HR analytics were used for this research. These indicators include employee engagement, job satisfaction, and opportunities for advancement. The use of multiple linear regression analysis allowed for the identification of the most significant factors that influence the productivity of one's workforce. Employee engagement, work satisfaction, and training and development were significant predictors of performance in the regression model. These factors accounted for 29% of the difference in performance and were considered to be important to consider. According to these results, businesses who are concerned about their long-term success and want to improve the performance of their employees should pay particular attention to them. When it comes to human resource analytics indicators, businesses who place a strong focus on them see an increase in productivity, a decrease in staff retention, and consistent growth. The investigation of additional HR analytics metrics, causal relationships, and their worldwide application is an essential part of the study that will be conducted in the future.
